Kayaking and canoeing through the local mangrove trails are also great for outdoors enthusiasts, as is the 43-mile-long Pinellas cycle trail.

British Airways are currently the only airline offering direct flights from London to Tampa, from London Gatwick Airport, with the flight generally taking just over ten hours.
